After having a real pain in the arse of a girlfriend when I was younger, I don't really do anything anniversary wise and I don't plan to until I'm married. I might send a cute message around the time that I know we started properly seeing each other or remind them of whatever happened to prompt it, but I won't refer to it as an anniversary or celebrate it otherwise. Unless you're married, it's just a day a conversation happened and I can't really see it any other way. It just seems kind of arbitrary to me.

Speaking of anniversaries (I may be a little late), idk if my bf is an anniversary person celebrator, but we officially started dating in August but met in July. Our 6 month will be around Valentine’s Day bc it’s associated with bad things that happened to me.

Imagine how many messages we sent each other when we were awkwardly trying to express feelings for each other, lmao. Kinda crazy to think of how much we've been through together.
