Asexual seems harder cause there's the social stigma and ppl not ever believing u.

I'm still sad and single, but trying to focus on positive things and not dwell on my sad singleness.

Edit: I'm not sad about being single at all. Sometimes I'm sad that things didn't work out with my ex tho

Has anyone else never dated someone that lives near them? The closest person I've ever dated lived like an hour and change away lol need emofriendfinder.com to exist

I lived on island up until last month and had two serious relationships there. Breakups sucked because there was always a good chance of running into them. My most recent ex worked with me when we broke up and continued to work there for months after the breakup and that was the worst

Yeah, like, I really hate the way my last relationship ended, and that makes me sad, but I look back on my past relationships and I'm so glad they didn't work out.

I'm glad all my relationships didn't work out. I try to deny it but the reason I think I didn't end my last relationship was because there was so many perks that it kind of made up for some things I didn't like. I kind of knew it wouldn't last anyway and just figured I'd ride the wave until I met someone else. She ended up cheating on me so, I guess it makes up for that. I was definitely hurt but I knew it would've happened at some point regardless.

I'm single and not sad that I'm single but I am sad that sometimes my weird desire to always seem aloof and above it all because I hate showing any emotion or vulnerability whatsoever keeps me from doing things including dating sometimes.

Met some intelligent and cute ones recently. I think I may have a shot. Some posi luck wishing would be appreciated.

Also, my friends and I were joking around but apparently when some you are trying to ask out on a beverage date (Non-alcoholic) and they deflect the drink to tea instead of coffee, it means they aren't interested in you that way.

Can I get someone to confirm this?

I was trying to describe myself to someone

Disregard. I have used the promise of tea to seduce people. I nearly left that as "I have used tea to seduce people", which sounds quite a lot different.

Anyway, I've just moved into the first place I've ever bought and I'm now very single (the Czech is gone) and I guess I'll have to go out and socialise to find someone interesting again.

Since I'm not getting any, I'm 5'10. I may have mentioned this already...

I'm 6' 6" and I hate dating because unless I'm dating a fucking skyscraper it always leads to back problems (lean / slouch to hold hands, kiss, hug, piggyback rides as if I'm a fucking horse, etc.) for the duration of the relationship

Things are going well. It's only been a few months but already I feel like we're in boring months-long / years-long territory which is a bit creepy. I don't mean like she eats mustard out of the container with her bare hands and farts in front of me, but we still do stuff and go out and get dressed up and are excited to see each other but it feels like it's been longer than it has been and I don't know if that's good or not.

I would say those are good things and a sign for things to come. Y'all don't live together right? And from what you've said y'all work together but don't really see each other much correct?

I've been with my wife for 8 years (married 5) and I feel like we've been together for an eternity do I think feeling like that it's normal and healthy.
