My younger brother just proposed to his girlfriend. They've been together for 4 years so it's not a surprise, but it's going to be so weird that he's taking this major step in life and I'm still struggling in the dating world.

 

Felt this way when my little sister got engaged. Less so now that I have something serious.

 

Right there with ya. Being the only single person in my family, including cousins around my age, can make me feel like I'm behind or doing something wrong. Especially around the holidays. Solidarity!

My best friend is getting married next year and it's open bar so I'm hyped. I'm also the best man so I got a lot of stress to plan things out next year too

Every time I've been a bridesmaid there's only been a cash bar. Because life is very cruel.

 

Apparently down stairs in someone's car there was a bar of sorts lol

 

4 this year(1 having me help out and do stuff/never again). As for drinks, I've only seen one open bar. People over here tend to buy the drinks for the reception(guests) instead using the venue.

 

I went to four weddings this summer and me or my wife was in every one of them. I got drunk for free at them all and it was great

 

I almost went to @Fucking Dustin wedding like four times.
