Haha. Yeah man, I dunno. Like, I really enjoy going to bars and having fun with people I meet there. I legitimately had a really fun time with these girls I met and I probably would have a good time were we to hang out again. But the thought of actually making plans??? I dunno, that sounds like investment and I’m not down for that. Even if it’s not romantic like, I don’t need more friends. I enjoy the spontaneity of meeting strangers cause you have a great time and then you never have to see them again lol. But then I ask, why get the numbers then? And I don’t really have an answer for that other than the fact that I’m often drunk when this stuff happens.

 

I feel that 100%. With me it’s like “oh shit, what do I do now?” I got the number but now there is so much more I need to do haha. The last girl I dated I was kind of stressed about getting into a relationship with because I forgot how they worked. It’s kind of like when I’m playing guitar around people and they ask me to play a song, I forget every song I’ve ever learned or written. Dating is fun.

 

This reminds me of 3 years ago when I realized I had a hot girlfriend, a car, just started making money, had the latest iPhone, put out an album that people enjoyed and I was playing shows in support of that album, I had friends and yet... I was still so fucking miserable

was at a family wedding tonight and the main bartender / waitress was CUTE and my sister was like, "isn't she cuuuuuute????? she's 29 and you're 30! it's PERFECT!" and kept repeating that every 10 seconds for 3 hours because nothing says true love and meant to be like being within a year of a complete stranger. that's never happened before i'm sure. bartender also constantly said how much she "loves your (my) family" and "this is the best group of people i've ever met" which my sister took to mean a sign i should make a move and i took as a sign that she works on flirting and saying nice things for tips

she was CUTE AF though but i'll probably never see her again after brunch tomorrow

Yeah, we’re having brunch at the same location and she’ll be there. I don’t know if she was scheduled to work tomorrow or not. She made a comment like, “yeah I’ll be there for that, I wouldn’t want to miss seeing you guys again, I don’t mind”.

Can almost guarantee no one in my family will remember the conversations that took place besides me. They were (still are, no doubt) loooooooooooaded. I feel bad for the Uber that picked up my uncles. What a fucking nightmare for that guy lol

currently trying to deal with how much harder long distance is after my boyfriend and I have met and spent ten incredible days together. Once we’re back in our routine and adding to it, we’ll feel better. But right now it hurts a lot. I’m really lonely without him in my house, I just wish time would fly to April 2019 when we’ll be together again
