If you're not interested I'd be up front with her and say that it wasn't really appreciated, maybe something like "hey I'm not sure what the intention with the picture was but it's not something I'm comfortable with so please don't send anything like that again".

I’m honestly still after all this time torn apart. I want love and affection and someone who’s genuinely into me and cares about me. But I also don’t want anyone else but my ex, who can’t give me those things.

I feel you. I've been wishing things between me and my ex would have worked out. I'm just not meeting people who seem interested in actually getting to know someone.
