One child I think is ideal for me, just thinking of the financial restrictions you have once having children stresses me out.

My sister and brother in law have three boys, if I was in that situation I definitely think I would go insane. So much work, but they are obviously cut out for it.

lol I’m the opposite, my bff is an only child and we have known each other like 20 something years. But I’m also the youngest so i feel like we are on similar wavelengths.

 

I'm one of 9 and while we all had episodes of hating each other as kids, we're mostly super close now and it's great having that support group. But like, I also think two is enough for me. My ex wanted to adopt which I also think I would have been fine with. Too many damn people anyways lol

I'm a middle kid and most only children I've met have been totally nice but just kinda loud and sometimes have a hard time emphasizing with people who idk are not so loud and outgoing and outspoken. But i find most people in general too loud and extra ha. I guess most of my friends are oldest children now that I think of it

Lol yeah idk the ones I've met are mostly loud and confident which is cool but I get irritated with how loud they are and they get irritated at me for dragging my feet. and then we just don't mix well in that sense. It's like they haven't been humbled and had their spirit continuously broken by an older sibling dismembering their Barbies and telling them they were adopted idek.

But I also tend to not get along with librarians. God forbid I ever meet an only child librarian they'd be my nemesis.

I love to read and I am very quiet so idk why I have such a volatile relationship with librarians but alas it is a feud written in the stars for me.

Being youngest was great because when I was bored I would get my older sister in trouble on the fly, she hated me until I was 18. lolol

 

I'm very close with my little sister but she has always been a demon


My older sis is only 18 months older so any milestone I had she had just accomplished. But my little sister is 7 years younger so they are re-excited about her milestones. My parents were also divorcing during lots of my milestones so they missed some. I am the first and so far only to graduate from college and I still got overshadowed cause my sister got married shortly after so not many relatives went to my grad since they were saving to go to her wedding and IT'S OK I'M NOT A BITTER MIDDLE CHILD
