So I enjoy your posts 100% of the time. But, for whatever reason, this made me cry from laughing too hard and I don't know why. I cannot stop laughing at this.

 

Some casual conversation with my buddy about how couples sleep turned into how he tried to have sex in twin beds pushed together and they came apart mid act and the girl and him smacked their heads on the ground and "he almost broke his dick" cus he was under her and she came down on top of it when the beds came apart when they fell between the two.

Not sure why I was "gifted" this story but yall can handle the process of hearing that information with me.

 

I don't mind laying my head down on someone while watching a movie or something but I will not cuddle when I'm trying to sleep. I'm gonna turn away to face the other direction every time. I will not be breathed on!!

I had an ex I fell asleep with one time and she was hugging me (LITERALLY ARMS WRAPPED AROUND ME) so we're laying down and her arms are under my ribs, she passed out arms interwined around me, and breathing on my forehead.... I swear I tried to get away without waking her up so maybe I was weakly tryna slither out of her grip, but god it felt like she had a death grip on me for however long that was lol.

Isn't her arm gonna fall asleep!?!?!? I can't cuddle like that for more then 8 minutes without changing position because my arm will fall asleep!!!

 

I've only ever been the big spoon and the middle spoon (fell asleep at a friends house party and we're all like brothers so they thought it was funny to fall asleep around me....) what confused me was I fell asleep UNDER the comforter, i woke up on top of the comforter, with both of them under it on each side of me spooning me lol

 

Exactly, I mean I'm a guy who puts his arm longways under his pillow so I need my arms stretched out when I'm sleeping, I don't flail in my sleep but I totally have idle hands/arms when I'm TRYING TO fall asleep. my shoulders get so uncomfortable so easily - no idea how she did that.

 

I probably have been but im not super big into cuddling in general and haven't done it in years tbh

 

yeah fuck spooning while sleeping. just cannot do it, it is not comfortable at all. even if my wife and i are like "let's cuddle and watch a movie!" it usually lasts about minutes and then we're back to our own comfortable positions haha.

 

I like changing between both. but ya I get the sleep thing, I have a hard enough time falling asleep just with having someone else in my bed as is. I'm a pain to sleep with too.

 

I'm very affectionate and will stay cuddling even when I'm uncomfortable. But eventually I'll end up asleep on my stomach like a normal person

 

I like cuddling but once I fall asleep my wife says I get heavy and shoves me off

Best way to snuggle is to spoon and put one of your arms under the pillow and head of your partner. After a while your arm might go to sleep but then you just take a break when that happens.

Might as well let your arm fall asleep if you're planning on the rest of your body falling asleep anyway. Sometimes your arms just need a lil head start.
