If I cut too many onions for something I will often eat the leftovers by themselves right there.

Onions either smell really good or smell like body odor when cooking and it’s really confusing when you smell them cause you’re like does it smell good or bad??? Ya know????

what was the situation that led to this?

 

I read a book and it changed my perspective on learning to like food. So I slowly started eating more and more onion, even if I disliked it at first. Now I like it a lot.

 

If I'm chopping onions to go in a meal I guarantee less than half will make it into the dish

What's the purpose? Of forcing myself to like food that I didn't at one point?

 

One of the ultimate best smells.

I’ll take onions in any form I can get them, they’re all so good. Super slow cooked and caramelized is one of my favorite preparations, but I could also probably eat a whole jar of pickled red onions just by itself without even thinking. I’m trying to think of a kind of onion I don’t like and failing.
