what ever happened with the wander record that was supposed to drop last month?

Saw God is an Astronaut tonight - All is Violent, All is Bright in full with an encore of most of Ghost Tapes #10, which can def hang with their best stuff.

fairly standard post rock tbh but it isnt bad

I just listened to that titletrack for the first time and mannnn they really need a better drummer, it stands out so hard for me. Great guitar work though.

 

Let me just say that Invincible Summer is one of this band's best songs.

 

Can't wait to listen to this tomorrow.

Edit: Yeah, this rules.

 

It pains me to say, but the inaugural listen left me a bit underwhelmed. It has been growing on me with each subsequent listen, but I feel like I'm gonna hit a wall sooner than later.

 

I feel like the strings are too high in the mix, and it drowns out the lower end at times.

 

Another one-off single with no album in sight by A Sudden Burst of Colour:

Slow month.
