Pachirisu is the pokemon god imo

 

the balloon thing is everywhere, got enough candy to evolve him already. Gotta find a shiny though! Haven't seen the skunk yet, will try for the legendary this week, and will slowly (or quickly, who knows) make progress on the special research!

 

I'm mad that Pachirisu is exclusive to Canada/Russia, but is only in the North...

I caught a shiny Duskull so that was cool.

 

Just got a shiny Shuppet. Having a great 24 hours lol

 

Getting rare candy for evolving a Shuppet when they're absolutely everywhere and give double candy is a good deal.

Also, I keep thinking that Driftoon is a shiny Tentacool every time it pops up on the radar even though I know you can't see shinies there. Gets me every time.

Where the fuck am I going to find 8 new pokestops when I have been playing the game since day 1? This is utter horse shit.

 

I'm hoping that this weekend I can hit 8 new Pokestops in downtown LA since I'll be around for Comic Con LA and I don't play in downtown often. I'm also holding out hope that they drop some Unknown in the area for the con.

 

Fortunately I'll be out of town this weekend so the 8 pokestops wont be an issue. When the field research first came out, spinning 10 new pokestops was one of the tasks i got and i had to drive around long island to towns i never played in just to hit the stops and it was a pain in the damn ass.

 

ooh some unown would be sweeeeet, definitely would swing by for some new ones

 

I would say that after Dragon Con and NYCCC got unowns, it's all but guaranteed that L, A, C, O, M, I, N will be released for ya.

Likely just to catch Spiritomb no? Usually the last step is to catch the pokemon.

 

i thought that too but the second to last step usually says "special encounter" or something in the rewards, and step 2 doesn't from the screenshot posted on the last page

 

4 for 4 so far. Just caught this puppy.

 

Apparently, there was some glitch going on in the first hour of when the event started. You were able to use TM's to get Shadow Ball again for Mewtwo if you knew about it, and the CP's of Giratina were boosted without the proper weather. I got a 93%, straight 14's across the board at CP2493. Pretty happy about it. Would've liked to have known about the Mewtwo thing though.

 

I'll have the third step for Spirtomb in about an hour. lol

 

Meltan's evolution has been revealed. This is a brand new Pokémon called Melmetal. It is also a Steel-type. In Pokémon GO it requires 400 Meltan Candy to evolve into Melmetal and can only evolve in Pokémon GO. You need to send Melmetal from Pokémon GO to get it in Pokémon Let's Go, Pikachu & Let's Go, Eevee! Melmetal also has a new move called Double Iron Bash which strikes an opponent twice and can cause the opponent to flinch

 

I actually like that since it's made specifically for this game which (for reason) requires you to catch hundreds of the same Pokemon in order to evolve one.

 

my expectations for this switch game are so high that it almost seems impossible to imagine not being let down by it lol

i really cant wait for it to come out
