Rory closes it out in a crazy scene on 18 with fans basically on the fringe of the green. In his interview, he says, "My 21st PGA Tour win. One more than someone else." That someone else? Greg Norman. Spicy Rory!

I’d really like to see some of the tour’s heavy hitters speak out this upcoming week at the US Open.

Best case scenario for the PGA with Rory coming out hot, JT and Tony being right there as well and fans going bonkers.

    I hope it’s enough.

I would run straight through a brick wall if Tommy Fleetwood won

    100000000% BITCHY projection.

I’ll bet anyone a prestigious Chorus membership he’s gone to LIV before 2023.

Yeah, he's a goner. I know he came out strong initially against but we know that doesn't mean much these days. Honestly, LIV makes the most sense for him out all of the players that have committed. He doesn't like playing the regular circuit and he'll probably still be able to play the majors while making a boatload of money.

Ok, now to put LIV on the backburner and focus squarely on this week. The eighth hole looks absolutely brutal with that slope in the front. Adam Scott having quite the issue there right now.

100%. He's said for years that he only practices for majors because that's all he really cares about. Everything else is whatever to him. Moral/blood money aside - I really appreciated DJ's comments about how they all love golf but it's not the only thing that matters to them. so the upside of playing less golf than more is intriguing to them. Can't blame them for that.

Just bought the M4 driver/irons. Can't wait to shoot 110 this weekend.

  17. So actually if I can be honest with you, the M4 irons have definitely improved my game, haha. I had Nike irons first and there was very little room for error. They were so unforgiving. The M4 irons are so forgiving. It took some time to get into a flow with them but I feel really good hitting with them now. Yesterday I shot a 78 on a par 58, a birdie and five pars. Once you start swinging them regularly, you'll love them.

Lots of truth here. Everyone should play the most forgiving irons they can look at.

I was a scratch golfer 20 years ago. Played Mizuno MP33’s which are pure blades. I was a kid, I practiced 5 hours every day and it was manageable. Then I got out of college, got a job, got married, had kids and lost my game.

I still play Mizunos now, but they (225’s) have a ton of forgiveness compared to real blades. A toe miss just misses short and left on the green, not 30 yards short.

Lowering your scores is 100% on bogey avoidance. An 11 handicapper only makes one fewer birdie per round than your average scratch golfer. All other difference is bogeys and doubles the 11 makes and the scratch doesn’t.

That’s what I’ve been hearing. First time getting new clubs in like 14 years so I’m really excited. All I need to get for my new set is a 3 wood, hybrid and SW. cant make up my mind for those lol.

  20. I have a 3H from Ping that I love and it came with the Arccos Caddie Smart Sensors for free which is cool, haven’t used them yet though.

  21. Biggest improvement in my game has been putting. I turned all of my three putts into two putts and saw my scores drop dramatically. It’s kind of obvious that putting fewer times is better but I just changed my approach to putting with that thought process and it’s been huge for me and my confidence.

My big struggle now is consistency with my driver. Some days I bomb it and other days I’m playing out of the trees on every hole. I’m getting there though. I went from maxing every hole five years ago to 100-105 consistently. I broke 100 for the first time this year and it was on my birthday, haha. It’s incredible how this sport is so reliant on not only your skill, but your mental confidence.

  24. Fathers Day tee times were impossible tomorrow, I wanted to get out with my dad. Might go Tuesday afternoon, we are both off from work. Low key weekday rounds are great.
