Yeah I don't understand people who get hammered at shows what's the point

for certain artists i like to get juuuuuuuuuuust buzzed enough where its a fun drunken sing along but for the most part, i try not to drink at shows because i agree why get blackout if you paid the money and likely paid the money to travel TO the show and also $12 beers suck

 

what i understand less than drinking at shows are the people who are into slamdancing/moshing.

Right and then you have to get back home, spending money and leaving the house is a scam but I'm giving it my all if I do it

there's nothing punk or hxc or badass or awesome about it. the people who do it are idiots. people get hurt and it's detrimental to the experience of seeing an artist.

I think crowd surfers are the biggest dweebs. I’ve been to a few shows where I had to keep my girlfriend from getting kicked in the face by some 200 pound dude

 

I'm not one for altercations, but I've gotten in the face of multiple people at shows. I hate doing it, but someone needs to check these assholes.
