When I was eating healthy and working out consistently I would meal prep but my meals were so boring :/

 

same! It’s a shame that in SoCal I only have about a 2 month window where I can wear it

 

I love fuckin' shit up n stuff like that it's v tight

 

its kinda magical for steak and bbq. its really just salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic I think. I think its in most grocery stores idk try it!

my dad always used it growing up so I went away from it as an adult because I felt it was wallmarty to use pre mixed seasonings. I was wrong its lit.

 

any favorite meals/ideas?

Sounds like a difficult problem to have! maybe there's a lightweight version you can find haha

I'm a bit of a purist in that regard, as well haha, I'm not one for blends as I like to know what spice or seasoning is contributing what and then I like to play with those levels. That said, I'm totally open to trying it. I'll look for it at the store next time!
