Yeah, that's my hope too. I basically worked out last night, fell asleep late and with my windows open (sure it only gets into the low 40s right now tho). But I do sleep with my windows open most nights anyway. I'm wondering if it's not my mental health and physically health sort of coming together to kick my ass.

yeah, that's kind of where I'm at. I'm I'm considering trying my hand at substitute teaching, idk what the situation is like where you live but they'll legit accept anyone to do it here and it pays pretty well so maybe you'll get to do something that easy / low on the suckage. no place is worth working for if you hate yr coworkers imo just makes the whole thing miserable all the time so leaving either way was def the move

get some vitamin C in you and don't even worry about it unless it becomes a problem! stress is the opposite of helpful if you're trying to get ahead of it and are suspecting ur mental health anyway

I love when the prof requires it, so you buy it, then you find out the prof was the person who wrote it, and then you never have to open the book once. That happens at least once every semester, haha.

for sure, I've been p lucky up til now cause as an English major most of the things I have to read are just books I can find for three dollars in a thrift store but the times I can't get around it definitely suck ass

I swear this is the most common, blatantly unethical thing I hear about professors doing and I can't imagine how those grifters still have a job. if you use it, fine, whatever, though I still think it's sus to use yr own work as the sole basis for a class.
