There sounded like what appeared to be some sort of fire alarm going off in the hallway of my building which was loud enough to wake me up thru like two doors and a podcast playing. At first I thought it was an annoying dramatic background music thing in my podcast cause I was sleeping and it was faint. Then I woke up and thought it may be a truck or something cause it's not uncommon to hear trucks unloading outside but I opened my front door and def coming from in the building, likely laundry room down the hall. No smells or appearance of smoke and Nobody else was investigating and no sirens could be heard (live down street from fire station) so I changed into a warm sweater in case I have to fire drill it like a kid and go outside, briefly wondered if my neighbors like me enough to knock on my door if we were all being evacuated, and went back to bed.


This is why I am currently awake. Alarm has stopped as I type. I learned I value sleep over living in a potential emergency. Also learned that if someone pulls the fire alarm nobody is actually alarmed if it's past midnight which should be somewhat of a concern but also ugh how obnoxious.

 

It’s called Teazers World Tea Market but basically Teazers for short and I don’t know how to really describe it besides just a chill place and they have a lot of teas on the wall. They do ice/hot version of like the 40+ teas they have. I’m still learning about it but they opened one near my parents house and it’s two stories and it’s pretty cool for how small the space is.

 

I like all three tbh but monster stuck out the most to me.

 

I have homework due in the morning and I’m still doing it and I just don’t have the ability to stay awake so I’m going to sleep.

honestly tho, I feel you. I went out Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. Plus work. I am exhausted. I’m finally getting to my portion of a group project that’s due today lol
