I guess I'll have to wait and see for myself because I didn't like Self Titled, but I love the two singles I've heard from this one. So we'll seeeeeee!

And I only asked about the CRJ comparison because it sounds like PT Cruiser is going for a similar 80s kinda vibe.

Either way, can't wait to hear this!

Pool is the only track so far that I just kinda felt was there. Grudges is absolutely incredible though

 

It's just a cover of "Built This Pool" by Blink right?

 

I'd guess you'll like it more then. I like most of that album more than anything on here and I find the variety a lot more interesting than what they do here.

They're both going for 80's vibes but they still feel like they're doing different things.

I'm only up to Grudges so far, and possibly biased since Paramore are my favorite band but I love this.

Such a solid pop record.

Really like this as a whole. There's no songs here that really wowed me like my favs from s/t but overall it's very enjoyable. I want lyrics for that Aaron Weiss track.

it's very cool as a Paramore fan to have Aaron Weiss show up on this with Hayley always talking in interviews about how they're her #1 favorite band of all time.

Must've been a dream come true

 

I do like this album a lot. Second half is definitely weaker to me, but still all good. That said I'm only on Idle Worship and this is one of my favorites on the album.
