The golden age of Mercy is over.

 

This fucking game. Look forward to coming home to play all day. Get into a match, start losing. No biggie. Finally get my ult at Reaper, drop it and get 3 kills and a bunch of Sym turrets, then get randomly kicked from the game mid animation. No connection issues or anything.

Now got a loss and a 10 minute ban. Fuck this.

Junkrat will still be fine. It's kinda like why still have Mercy in the game at all now? That's just too much nerfing

As someone that was a Mercy main pretty much before the reworks, this strangely doesn't bother me. Since the nerfs, instead of there only being one healer per team (Mercy), the average team is now realising that a two healer set up is needed. Moira and Zen can wreck shit, I love it.

I love how literally since the start of comp, Zen has remained a staple of any good team.

 

Probably not. Everyone said that every nerf and she stayed a staple. She still has top tier healing output and self-regen. And can still bring someone back every 30 seconds. And heal - damage boost multiple heroes for 15 seconds during ult.

Junkrat nerf just means you have to aim\time mine tosses better.

 

An underrated aspect of Mercy (and Moira) is their movement ability. As a healer, you're often under extreme pressure, and being able to get out of harm's way quickly will always, always be a bonus over Zen and Ana.

People in Free For All keep giving me shit for playing (and doing pretty well as) Junkrat, like "requires no skill," "can't aim," "relies on abilities." Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize we were playing COD or Battlefield or some shit. I was a Junkrat main before they gave him a second bomb, so pardon me for still enjoying playing as him, you whiny manchild. Get off your high horse, your McCree doesn't need good aim when the enemy is stunned right in front of him.

oh I got so much shit on for junk-locking on FFA. It's a great place to practice, eff the haters.

So now I lock moira and (I assume) people punch their computer screens. Am yet to finish out of top 4 with her. I also average like 20 assists a game haha.

 

I think Junkrat players will always get shit. People just get mad when a grenade bounces off of a wall and kills them when they are standing away from said wall. Just gotta pay no mind to them.

 

junkrat is that hero where you are just in a bad mood and you need to blow off some steam?

Not sure what team skin to get yet.

Leaning San Francisco Shock since they have Sinatraa and I’m angling for a job there and I’d do it out of celebration if I land the job haha.

That it or Seoul Dynasty since the color is nice on the characters I play most.

Settled on Seoul Dynasty, dug the color scheme and sticking with a Korean team seemed like a solid plan.

 

I live in LA (county), so I chose the better of the two team skins, Gladiators. For Mercy, obviously.
