Played one match of No Limits last night, and the other team was made up entirely of Bastions. They stacked all six Bastions on top of the payload like a giant grid of firepower and idk if we even touched the payload once. Fuck bastion now

 

I just faced a comp on Temple Of Anubis in ranked where they had Junkrat and Roadhog blocking the left side. They had Mercy and Torbjorn on the right side and in the middle was Zarya and Bastion. It was the freaking worst.

 

also solo queueing at midnight is basically meaning you will be partied up with groups of 5 playing right now.

 

Finished my placement matches tonight. ended up about where I expected after last season and where I ended. I really didn't run into too many bastions. Maybe 1 of the 5 matches had one and it was much more manageable.

 

Should've all just gone Junkrat and lobbed grenades from safety

 

On Anubis, I was the only Junkrat on my team against six Bastions and caused so much trouble three of them switched after the first point. Because obviously winning and getting loot boxes is more important than the team comp. Of course, my team was filled with idiots and we lost, but I was honestly more frustrated that the other team didn't commit.

 

Had a legendary placement match yesterday. Needed to pee like a mofo though towards the end of the match. It ended up dragging on forever so I sprinted to the bathroom, and attempted to go super quick knowing this game kicks you wayyyyy too quick if you're in active. Sure enough I probably wasn't gone for more than a minute. Though I was able to rejoin from a little menu I hadn't seen before. I'm assuming that's from the update. Anyway rejoined, and we won. Though of course none of my previous stats/kills were counted....

 

I might be bitter because I'm on a 3 game losing streak in ranked but the fact you can queue up against 5 man teams in placement matches is so damn stupid.

 

I ended up going 1-9 in my placement matches and was nearly 500 points below where I ended last season. No idea how the hell it happened. Needless to say I'm not happy

 

I got 2292 which is around where I started last year and I went 5-5 in placement matches.

I dig it.

Upset with my rank this season. I'm like 892 or something. My highest has been 2200. Dunno what happened. :/ Depressed about it honestly haha. Makes me not want to play lol

Back in diamond. Yay. Now I mess around as Sombra for the night.

 

I like that me and my co-workers plan out some time to play Overwatch. It's like a serious mission with how different our schedules are.

 

I don't understand the placement system...I finished a lil over 2500 last season, and was diamond the season before...okay, makes sense with the rank changes. But then I go 7-2-1 in placements and get out at like 2350. I'm losing 10 points for a loss and gaining like 60 points for every win, the game knows I clearly belong much higher........so why not place me higher like where I was last season????? What's the point of seeding me lower? I'm just wrecking in these games and it's not fair for people on the other team that I'm placed in their bracket when I should be higher...it's not really fun for me either because I'm not improving at all. Just makes no sense how they're doing placements.

 

Yeah, I don't know the point of placement matches at this point. I knew I'd get about 200 points lower where I ended - pretty much how season 3 began, no matter how well or poor I did. And that's exactly how it worked out, and for the others I was with.

Not sure how earning SR works early in the season, because I placed about 2840 or something and like 4 wins later was back into diamond.
