It would be hilarious if the steel drum cover of PIMP from Anatomy of a Fall got nominated for best song, and the live performance was just a guy playing that one part over and over

I saw Barbie the other day. It was cute. Best movie of the year though? Nah.

 

I don’t think anyone actually believes it will win Best Picture

 

Finally saw Past Lives the other day and my initial reaction was just “that was good” but I actually haven’t stopped thinking about it since then so I think it might be toward the top of my personal BP ranking

 

Barbie isn't the best movie of the year but it is better than The Holdovers, American Fiction, Maestro, and Poor Things.

 

I'm wondering if springing the clocks ahead this Sunday has to do with it?

 

Wouldn't it be the opposite then?
