I haven't been to a movie theater in so long. The local theater started reserved seating so I figured that was it for me. This has me reconsidering.

 

If my theater didn't have reserved seating, I'd probably go a lot less. Having to show up early enough to get a good seat always sucked.

 

My previous apartment the AMC had reserved seats so I always bought online beforehand to get a good seat. Moved to a new city last year and the AMC doesn't have it. So now I pretty much only go to early Sunday afternoon showings. Never had a problem so far in terms of getting a decent seat.

 

I feel like I’ve memorized trivia about PF but only seen it in full a handful of times. Just started it

 

I love reserved seating in smaller theaters but in multiplexes it kinda annoys the shit out of me. Particularly on, like, a Tuesday afternoon.

Apart from the westerns, the KB flicks are the two I haven’t seen that much

 

I tend to go to a lot of opening night/weekend showings and discount Tues showings, both of which get busy, so it's just super convenient for me. I have to pick a seat for smaller showings too, but it doesn't bother me really.

 

I'm due for a rewatch of his movies, and I've never seen Jackie Brown or Death Proof.

 

Death Proof is underrated.

 

Death Proof is fucking rad. The ending gave me so much joy.

 

Man the “My name’s...and...” lines in Pulp are so bad lol

 

sounds like something he'll make into a novel or a comic if he does stop making movies

 

We are all very lucky that Tarantino has never made a sequel to one of this films, or worse, someone else did.
