I’m so excited to see these songs live. “Can’t Help Myself” was so cool on Parahoy. They were doing a reimagined version of “Separate Rooms,” so I’m interested to see if they do that for more old songs!

Since itunes lists albums alphabetically and not by date, it has Saved before Threads so when P0WDER finished playing it automatically went straight into The Pull and it actually follows on really well. It goes from that atmospheric echoey noise at the end of P0WDER fading out and then the one at the start of Threads fades back in from the silence. It's clearly an intentional concept album reverse connection of 6 years in the making!

Every once in awhile an album comes along that my wife and I equally love. This is one of those albums. It's on the second play through as we do our Saturday morning cleaning :)

Holy Water is the only one I'm not too crazy about it, it kinda just plods along for me. But wow am I loving this. Idk why but I had it in my head that we probably already heard the best tracks due to how strong the singles were, but the title track and Can't Help Myself are as good as anything else on here.

I'm in Italy for two weeks for work and I think I'll drive around Tuscany tomorrow blasting this with the windows down. Be jealous.

holy water takes a little bit to really kick in but once it does around the 2:30 mark i feel completely submerged in...... holy water

Brad really kills it in the percussion department on the title track.

ive listened through this album probably 10-15 times so far, several in the car......i dont know what more to say other than im really glad this band is back and they put out an album like this. threads came out during a really bad break up and was exactly what i needed and now this has come out while im deep in the most fulfilling and loving relationship ive ever known, idk how they keep releasing exactly what i need when i need it.

How do you mean? Mine arrived a day early, in the UK. Would've assumed they'd all be shipped by now?

Mine hasn't arrived yet and I haven't received a shipping notification. I don't particularly care but yeah.

Ah. I guess at the latest you'd get it Monday. Assume because they were here in the UK touring around the time of release, and with it on sale at each gig, it'd be way more certain that we'd get it in a more timely manner.

KC’s little “come on” in the second verse of Powder might be my favorite tiny moment on the album

Some threads songs came on my Spotify shuffle the other day and they were okay but this record was immediate to me

I've been listening to all three albums in full, chorologically, all day for the past few weeks. It's become a little ridiculous. Even the Every Children EPs. Cars will always be my favourite, but I feel as though each of these albums represents a very different and often lonely time in my life. I have such a strong connection with them. Been so exciting getting to finally discuss the new material, and my god does it make me smile seeing the overwhelmingly positive reaction to Saved.
