I get not wanting to play old tunes especially when you’ve been around for over a decade but not playing old stuff is lame.

 

The Planet is too good. Honestly if I was at a Norma Jean show and they opened with it, I'd just be done after.

 

Your avatar remains my favorite album so seeing that tweet hurts. Weird stance, especially when they tour parts of the world that aren't able to witness their shows often.

This record is gonna own

 

Listened through PS and O God today and while I still love O God through and through, I found a new appreciation for PS. I think I neglected to really dig into it (outside of the singles) when it was released. Reaction is such a bruising track and that run at the end from The Close and Discontent to The Nexus is awesome.

 

O’ God sounds so flat by today’s standards. But the songs are so good. PS is a masterpiece.

 

That no playing older songs thing does bum me out a little bit since I'll be going to see them on that tour with TDWP later but hopefully that means the new album is just gonna be that great. And based on Landslide Defeater I'm definitely pumped

 

This is one of those records that would truly benefit from a remaster, if only to finally be able to hear the bass. I'm fine with how the guitars and the drums sound though.

I like how crunchy garbagelike it sounds. Adds to the charm. ‍♂️ Would not mind a remaster though.

 

I was under the impression Cory was a notorious Twitter troll and to not take anything he says on there seriously.

 

Sounds like he will be playing old stuff for a headlining tour next year which fine by me. I am stoked to hear the new All Hail songs when I see them next month with TDWP (fucking hypeddddddd)

 

not playing anything from Wrongdoers or Polar Similar is just not smart
