you would laugh at my first win against The Concierge. we killed each other at the exact same time, so it was fading to the fail screen when the achievement for beating him came up and I obv didn't get to reap any of the rewards. i'm stuck in the habit of having a broadsword on my primary and a whip in the bow slot.

 

Try getting double turrets and stacking up on tactical scrolls and see how it goes too. It's deff a game where you gotta figure out your own play style. For me, tactical runs always have the best results.

 

is Final Fantasy 12 good or is Xenoblades preferable?

Also I just bought Valhalla Cyberpunk Bartender I'll check back with impressions in a bit

 

I recommend both. Xenoblade is better though

 

Valhalla is a lot of reading. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The actual game mechanics are very simple but so far the characters / stories are interesting

FF12 is better. Job and License system is better than anything Xenoblade has to offer.

Jumped into Mario Kart 8 for the first time in a while with my friend online last night and man i would totally buy new DLC for that game

 

When youve been a Final Fantasy fan for 20 years you are jaded by the price points. They are never cheap, but they are also some of the greatest games to ever be made in the RPG genre. This version of FF12 is the best version they have made yet. Even with simple new features like autosave and being able to change your Job whenever you want feels worth it. It also was on sale for 40 bucks at walmart last week upon release.
