I keep giving the emo kid in town all of the broken CDs I fish up. He hasn't been a fan so far...

Also... I was leaning hard towards Maru as gf material (she talks nerdy to me), but Abigail just invited me to her room to play video games.

This game didn't really click for me until Summer started, but now I'm allllll innnnnn.

 

I was pretty into it right from the start, but right when Summer started it went from a fun game to an obsession.

I last shut the game off right after finishing Summer. Can't wait to have a massive pumpkin patch this fall. I've been farming like a mad man. I also have like a million hops but I don't unlock the keg until level 8 farming. I just wanna brew some IPA boooooo.

 

Just started stardew valley last night. Is there a way to refill your stamina?

 

You can go to the spa north of Robin's place and refill in there. Otherwise you can by eating things, but I don't really recommend that early on. You're better off with the money you get from selling than you are with the little bit of energy gained by eating.

 

Fall looks soooooo good. I kind of want it to stay like this.

 

Starting to rake in enough money to add some buildings and whatnot. Also, finally getting to know a few residents, like Emily. She let me in to her room after having a dream, that was interesting, haha.

I just haven't even touched the social aspect of this game yet. I seriously spend a huge part of my day farming. That should change in winter so we'll see what happens then.

If you guys are done with the game and are going through withdrawal I can highly recommend Rune Factory 4 for 3DS. The farming is much lighter, but the combat is a lot better and the fantasy setting is a nice change of pace (including the dating aspect). It also has a very well paced story which is rare for those games. Also, if you have GCN, Wii, PS2 or PS4, you can play Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life, which is, uh, wonderful.

I haven’t been playing Stardew Valley (almost done with Summer) because I left Picross on and whenever I wake my Switch I just play that instead.

I think I’m close to finishing everything though.

 

So when starting out, how much should I clear out the farm? Would you recommend cutting down all the trees? I really haven’t been planting anything yet. Mainly just been cutting branches and breaking stones. Just now starting to cut trees

 

I wouldn't, just cut stuff down when you need the space and/or the wood, at least in the beginning. It's a waste of time.

 

I’ve only played the Etrian Odyssey demos. I have played SMT and Persona Q though.

The way video recording works is a bit limiting in length but smart.

After holding the screenshot button it captures the last 30 seconds of your game.
