I know this has become a back and forth banter, but being serious for a second - I think the reason why motion controls clicked easily for me is because I never really played shooter games using 2 sticks (I play them on PC). So both options for me in the beginning were hard to do, with motion aiming slightly more difficult. So I stuck with it and it reminds me of MH wherein I was struggling with the controls until one game happened that slid everything in place. Just a cool thing when it happens.

Okay back to banters.

 

I've played a lot of shooters on the PS3 and PS4 with 2 sticks (mostly COD) an yet I still prefer motion controls

 

just jumped into some of Nick's games. Pretty fun. I can't wait for the weekend. I feel like that's the best time everyone would be online and we can join one person and just invade that room.

 

I hit B- on Rainmaker last night, so I’m ready to crush some League Battle if anyone wants to give it a go. A 4-person Chorus squad would be so dope.

 

Yeah I saw that! Doesn't it typically put people who join other people's games on the other team? I jumped into someone else's the other day and for like 5 or so matches straight we were placed on opposite teams. Although I did see you on my team once, which was awesome

 

I think that's what happens. I haven't tested it enough though.

yeah that last match was dope. I got to splat someone mid-splashdown which looked so awesome haha.

 

I'll probably hit 10 later but I'm so nervous playing ranked haha

 

It actually wasn’t too bad. There’s still the occasional game that ends way too quick, but it’s mostly been pretty even. Rainmaker is the one that clicked for me first, so I mostly stuck with just that. I’m ok with Splat Zones, but am absolutely terrible at the Tower one, ha. All of them would be so much better with teamwork and voice chat involved, though.

 

This stupid game is all I can think about haha. Having so much fun using the splat roller, everywhere I go now I want to paint the ground.

 

There's a 4 slotted leather jacket on Splatnet right now. 6 hours left.

 

@CobraKidJon i saw a hockey helmet on Splatnet. 4 slots, 14850 gold.

 

I thought that was a football one. Apparently I can't identify sports even on a videogame.

So many good games this year. It's insane, especially compared to the Wii U.

 

Grey Joy Cons are also available on Amazon right for retail price. I've been trying to find a red/blue or just red or just blue for retail price for a while now. I'm hoping they become more readily available soon.

I'm replaying with my gf now. It's gotta be one of my favorite games of all time. 100%'d on Wii U and Xbox One, will probably do again on PS4 and Switch. Just a perfect platformer.

 

got to the third world in SP and rank 10 last night. I am loving this Splatoon and everything is starting to click. dualies and the N Zap are my go to load-outs right now.

 

Nintendo has fake yeezys in the game and of course I bought them right away.

 

What's it called?

I'm going to miss Inkjet(from splattershot) but N Zap just seems like a good upgrade.

Also I wouldn't have to rely on allies for ink armor.

In all honesty, I did not expect this game to be this fun. When I'm at work all I can think of is going hom and playing a few hours.

 

There is two different styles. The black Normaki 750s or the white Normaki 750s.

I just lucked into my white pair giving me 3 slots and two of them are squid swim speed up yessss.

 

Has there been any update on that Golf RPG that was supposed to come out?

 

I ordered that a few hours ago but decided not to buy it. I had no idea what Yeezies look like haha but now I want it.
