ranked mode is a damn blast.

I had 0 interest in this game through E3, but I really gotta eat my hat on this one. Leave it to Nintendo to make a fighting game I actually like playing

 

ARMS is a blast to play! Motion controls ftw.

 

Japan is getting a Dragon Quest XI Direct this week. There is not much more in the world of gaming I desire more than a localization.

I was able to grab Zelda and a Guardian!

 

Wish I could get my hands on OoT Link. It's the only one that I don't have and I had soooo many opportunities to get it.

 

Played some ARMS late Saturday and Sunday. Did the first 2 Grand Prix with Twintelle.

I refuse to pay $40 for a game from the 80's.

 

finally beat Ganon last night. that was really cool and I definitely need to go back and explore the castle more. still need to knock out the last 20 shrines, and one of those is Eventide. the DLC coming out soon really lit a fire under my ass to actually beat the game instead of just wander aimlessly.

 

Same but it's one of my favorite games ever so i feel so tempted. I know if I had it, I'd get $40 worth of playtime out of it. Just wish someone would give it to me. Ha

 

Eventide was seriously one of my most memorable gaming moments in years, not even because it was my favorite Breath of the Wild moment, but just because it was so unexpected and clever and took exploration effort to find. The moment of realization when you get dumped on that beach with nothing was pretty intense.

 

I went to the island before I knew what it was but wasn't ready to commit. I'm glad I saved it until the end, really looking forward to it.

will probably get Shovel Knight now.

 

I got there probably a little too early in the game (I only have like 5 or six hearts) and died so many times before I finally beat it. I was treating it like a Dark Souls-esque "You will not defeat me, game" challenge and couldn't let it go until I was done.

 

I have a total of 10 hours I'm going to spend travelling by plain/bus this week over the course of two days and the fact that I'm gonna get to play console Zelda/Mario Kart during it is too awesome. First time using it outside of my house or my buddy's.

 

Anyone played this? It looks fun

 

I remember this getting talked about a lot somewhere and thinking it looks like a good time. I need my friends to get more on board with these little games, it's been surprising like pulling teeth. I need everyone in this thread to move to me!
