exactly how i feel about it, I do think I'll love this when i can hear the whole thing in one go though. (super pumped to hear that brandon boyd track cause i've been on a big big incubus kick lately too.)

 

I’m looking forward to hearing the next Phoenix for this album. They always tend to push themselves on those tracks!

lol I'm about to do the same when I finish Kacey, the chorus special. I had the Kacey singles next to the new Knocked Loose song in my new releases playlist, now that was a jarring transition.

Certainly not as they intended but I'm definitely listening to the newly released songs a couple times first. I rinsed the first half too much since last summer lol. Excited to do full listens afterwards.

Phoenix v invocation is stadium-huge on big speakers

 

When Phoenix V was about to end, I was like "oh they're not doing those end of album / start of the previous one tie-ins anymore I guess" then that particular vocal sample kicked in and everything felt just right

 

Plague Dancer hits right out the gate, so excited.

 

Oh Anthony feature is nice, he sounds great. Nails the falsetto.

 

Can’t wait to dive in

 

Why is this not on Bandcamp yet? I wanna throw more money at them and they're being super uncooperative.

I've definitely heard the name before just never got around to listening to em! instrumental stuff isn't usually my bag but these guys go crazy. will definitely check the previous one too

it's nice to hear Brandon on a good song again lol. been a minute
