How often you drinking? And of those times, you getting drunk or buzzed?

 

In the past two weeks Monday is the only day I didn't drink. I've been getting to about a 6-7.5 on the dunk scale and wake up feeling fine. Hoping it's just quarantine getting me down or some shit.

 

I hear you, man. I used to drink nightly. Did it for 3-4 months straight at my lowest point. It’s really, really tough. Hopefully you recognizing it will help stave it off and cut back little by little til you rarely drink or at least just a nightcap or something.

 

Just let yourself run out and see how long you can skip that alcohol pickup at the store. Sometimes it’s good to test ourselves. Also it’s sometimes hard to be self aware, but your wife knows you extremely well... so maybe ask her if she’s noticed any negative impact on your daily behavior and mood. Even if it’s a non issue, she will still probably appreciate you taking the mature approach, trying to get ahead of it on your own volition, before it’s a problem.
