“must wins” don’t really exist in October, but it’d feel a lot better going into the upcoming hard stretch (@HOU, @MIN, BUF, @NYJ, DET) at 4-3 than 3-4, and Miami feels like a good H2H tiebreaker to have for if/when they get Tua back and they go back from one of the worst teams in the league to above average

I agree and I disagree

for the Eagles, no one will care that they dragged ass in September and October if they go on a run in January, but also that doesn’t happen if the team doesn’t fix the very real early season issues (vibes, personnel, coaching) with a “it’s fine, we’ll get em next time” (or the Chris Ballard special - “we like our guys”) mentality

 

I like Rams over Raiders if that’s an option

vibes couldn’t be worse in LV, and McVay vs Pierce is about as big of a coaching mismatch as you can get

 

Well the “That’s going to get fixed along the way” attitude is exactly what the Sirianni and the Eagles believe and that’s why they still haven’t scored any points in the first quarter this season and why Hurts is a fucking doo doo quarterback now so the only thing I’m looking forward to in January is who gets fired and all the thinkpieces about Howie and the organization replacing their goofball QB with another one
