See with Jalen Ramsey everyone acknowledges he is elite, there are no stupid morons to prove wrong, only a stupid GM who ruined the best player we’ve drafted since 1999 so I’m only sad this isnt with the Jags

especially since we got so close while he was here

Not really, it’s either Rodgers or Love. Yeah they don’t know for sure what Rodgers will do or what they will do with him but if he’s gone it’s definitely Love so they weren't listed.

That was the worst QB performance I’ve seen in a game where he didn’t throw 2+ picks.

wish it was Bengals Cowboys instead. Would’ve been hilarious to have Collinsworth and Romo in the booth too

For sure, but I think the only QBs the Eagles will be interested in are going to be ones that would be a significant upgrade over who they have (Russ, Watson). Maybe they’d ask about Carr, but that’s it.

I’m curious about when the trade would take place. I’m guessing it’d be before free agency. I think Pittsburgh makes a lot of sense. Good players on both sides of the ball and picking late enough where maybe a QB they like won’t be available to them.

Then again, Jimmy only has one year left on his contract. I’m sure any team could trade for him and still draft a rookie and just move on from Jimmy after this season.

It felt like any of the teams aside from the 7 seeds going into the playoffs could have won and it feels like these two teams could have easily lost the last two weeks, and probably should have. Which makes sense I guess but I don’t feel strongly about either team

I said what I said fam :( Cowboys were fun this year, I am aware of my hypocrisy considering Jones sucks and Parsons has an abuse rumor (plus Zeke obv) but it’s basically the same rooting for the Bengals

but keep in mind the Cowboys were literally the first team I regularly watched in my life, before the Jags were a thing. I was born in north Texas. I’ve always sorta liked them even though they are a very famously hated team… sucking constantly in the playoffs / constantly underperforming their insane hype and expectations evens out the scales for me. And makes them not seem as big of a villain in most of my football watching time as they were in the 70s through 90s

Its definitely one of those weird flukes of how statistics work that we went 54 years without a super bowl played in the home stadium of one of the two teams playing in it, and then now have done it twice in a row.

Jimmy G is a good backup at best… and Trey wouldn’t be ready for 2-3 more years. Not sure what they do now

ah, forgot that Jimmy only has one year left. That makes me more inclined to think he stays with SF until the trade deadline or something. He’s technically the starter, but they use Lance a hell of a lot more and by week 4 or something Lance is the guy most of the time and then Jimmy gets sent somewhere for a 3rd round pick to a team with an injured QB or something.

that said, what I said above is very oddly specific lmao

I have rooted for the Eagles a lot when they have been fun too! Loved them under Reid, loved when they beat the Pats in the SB. But I really dislike Jalen Hurts as a starting QB so I just can’t right now.
