I saw them live when they only had one guitar and it sounded the exact opposite of how they said there

 

Based on the 40 song a thon stream, I totally disagree with them sounding better as a four piece.

 

They have toured with an additional guitarist for awhile. Dan from FYS, Kevin from ADTR, Will from TSSF and Anthony from Bayside have all filled in recently. They sound as good as they’ve ever sounded live.

 

Yea I remember thinking the NFG 20 shows were super fun, but sounding a little thin at times. Then on the makes me sick tour they had William Ryan Key join them and it was a world of difference.

So about that catalyst vinyl… any news?

 

Only because it’s a LITTLE funny, read this quote in Trump’s interview voice:

I've not kept up with the Steve stuff and it sounded like he is a bad dude, but they definitely lost something live for me after he left.

 

Eh, they lost a basic guitar player. Easily replaceable. They have been sticking to having a second guitar since coming back “after” Covid.

 

I saw them as a 4-piece twice, and once with Ryan Key iirc. I've not seen them live for a good few years but I remember it sounding 'smaller'.

It's probably not helped by me not being into any of their albums since NWAF either

 

Did anyone ever read Steve’s statement after his trial ? So ya believe him or nah ?

San Diego is like 7500 and was never advertised as sold out.

They are also missing Chad in the live atmosphere. It was unfortunately bottom of the times I’ve seen them.

Listened to Make The Most Of It for the first time in months and I found the songs to be quite delightful. Watch the Lillies Grow, More Than Enough and Bloom are the standouts to me. Would love to get full band version of More Than Enough and Bloom.

 

Didn’t know Ian from NFG was a chelsea cutler fan so please check out her 3rd album that just dropped

 

I took a look at what they were charging for FTSTYS Part 2 vinyl and said "Nope." Thats insane.
