The Laura Poitras (Citizenfour) documentary All the Beauty and the Bloodshed which is currently considered the frontrunner to win the Doc Feature Oscar is coming to HBO Max 3/19. I am guessing they're expecting it to win so it's release on streaming post-Oscars is strategic.

It documents the life and career of renowned photographer Nan Goldin, her addiction to opioids, and her efforts to hold the arts and museum community accountable for accepting financial contributions from Perdue and the Sackler family.

Anyone have any non spoiler thoughts on carnival row season 2? i really enjoyed season 1 despite not thinking it'd be in my wheel house. I expected it to be more smutty, sappy, romance based fantasy, but it wasn't like that at all. It was a tad bit predictable, but I liked it way more than I expected, and think it got a rated too lowly by critics and was solidly made.
