I haven’t watched episode 4 of made for love and don’t know if I will. First 3 didn’t do much for me.

 

I’ve been watching The OC for the first time lol, wild show. So early 2000s and *dramatic*. The last few episodes have had some great bands on it though, actually in the episodes performing, not just on the soundtrack. The Walkmen, The Killers, Modest Mouse all back to back.

 

I think I might watch Made for Love just because Patti Harrison is in it.

 

I began watching hannibal after reading many ppl I like recommend it in here & if the wife wasn't away on west coast I would've gave up on it. It is good and I know it's considered to only get better but idk my hang up so far. I think the cast is off to me or something, feels so top heavy at times during some scenes. Also the super relaxed vibe of the forensics crew is distracting me lol

 

lol yeah I was gonna say my only criticism is the forensics dudes who are always crackin’ jokes.

 

I mean, if you were looking at dead bodies all day for a living, wouldn't you develop a twisted sense of humor? seems like a great way to cope.

 

I think it's fine that Fuller tried to add in some levity. Pushing Daisies and Dead Like Me had a lot of great humor.

 

haven't found the forensics team weird at all. giving me vince masuka vibes. dont mind that.

 

also, really loving Good Girls. binged 8 episodes yesterday. gonna finish S1 today. great cast.

 

Hope that isn’t pushing the Metal Gear movie back. I can’t see Gundam working in live action, could see MGS though.

all live action mech stuff so far looks like shit. (Transformers, Pacific Rim)

I was really wondering how well “live-action” can actually be done for Gundam. Gonna be a whole lot of focus on the human stories for budget restraints no doubt.

I’m guessing Legendary is going with Gundam instead of Pacific Rim 3. I highly doubt they’ll have 2 mecha franchises.

Don’t really care too much for the director but it feel like rumors of Hollywood making a Gundam movie have been around for a decade. It’s good to finally get confirmation.

 

Damn so Legendary has rights to Godzilla stuff and now Gundam?
