I quit Hannibal 4-5 episodes in

 

Enjoyed it quite a bit but it’s def a slow burn compared to a lot of shows.

every season of hannibal is perfect

 

Couldn’t deal with Hannibal’s gore. Seemed excessive to me. Heard great things but five episodes in, I dropped out because nothing was grabbing me at all.

 

Just watched I Care A Lot. What a fucking trash ending lmao.

 

Also, I liked the first couple seasons of Hannibal when it aired, but it did not hold up for me at all when I tried getting my fiancé to watch it recently. We gave up probably 5 eps in

 

I think season 1 is fantastic but season 2 is one of the best seasons I've seen of anything.

 

Thinking about starting The Thick of It

 

damn a few months back I heard that You season 3 was premiering this month just to find out its pushed to the end of the year. fuckin covid.

 

Damn, THEM is really good.

 

it's great, definitely recommend it.

The quality of Hannibal varies (mostly in S1 and S3) but the season 2 finale is one of the best TV episodes of all time.

 

Yeah, season 2 of Hannibal is so good--especially its finale--that I would say to stick with it if you're still not feeling it like halfway through season 1. Should also mention S01E08 has one of the best scenes in the series.

 

Invincible is so good. Every episode better than the last.

 

Bryan Fullar, the showrunner for Hannibal, also did Pushing Daisies, which is on HBO Max, if you're looking for something else about death but much lighter. Another one of my favorites.

 

Seaspiracy. Good stuff. I was really engaged. Of course with any documentary you gotta assume things are over simplified and over exaggerated but still... very eye opening stuff

 

we started watching good girls instead. pretty simple enjoyable crime drama/comedy so far.

might have to revisit hannibal on my own.

 

Everyone is focusing way way way too much on the "sea empty by 2048" stat. Such a stupid stat to cherry pick. The point is shit is bad.

 

Just finished up Servant. Really fun show. Fans of Hill House and Bly Manor would dig it hard. Looking forward to the next season.
