The ending of season 2 handsmaid tale had me so infuriated. so stupid.

 

agreed. that shit pissed me off to no end. they do some interesting and different stuff next season though

both scenes of moira and emily making it to canada had me ugly crying tho

 

This is a great documentary, it addresses Netflix in it and says that it had some effect but ultimately it was bad management and poor investmant that led to the demise.

 

Netflix actually offered to sell to BB but they declined.

 

Imagine a documentary on MoviePass? Is that something that could happen?

 

I hated the season 2 ending so much that I never tuned in when it returned for season 3.

 

I watched a documentary about Netflix on Prime a while ago, but I'm blanking on the name. But yeah, they offered to sell to Blockbuster and BB basically laughed at them. Hilarious.

 

It definitely should. I don't think a company has ever hemorrhaged money as rapidly.

I liked Dickenson. Gonna try Servant next.

 

Servant is good. Second season hasn’t been as good as the first. I’ve been meaning to checkout for all mankind.

 

Servant season 2 has been solid in my opinion, maybe a little more up and down but still cool

 

Mythic Quest

 

One more episode of Servant left. Can’t wait to see how this season ends. This show is great. I like that it’s 30 minute episodes rather than hour long ones.

 

Watching Man Seeking Woman for the first time and this show is so weird and funny. Pleasant surprise seeing Maya and Anna from Pen15

 

yeah it’s still good and we’re still enjoying it. I agree that the 30 minute episodes are perfect.

 

Seconding Mythic Quest

I also really liked Long Way Up (and the older series’ Long Way Round and Long Way Down, which are on there now)

 

Amazing show, gets better the longer it goes

 

Currently watching Dickenson. God damnit if it isn’t weird but Hailee Steinfeld is so charming.

 

Love Hailee but the trailers make it look like she’s a spunky feminist go-getter which...why Dickinson at that point? It could be any character other than the most famously reclusive writer.

Maybe the ads gave the wrong impression.
