Problem is Netflix + Hulu + Amazon + HBO Now almost equals a cheap cable package. I don't do all 4 at a time, usually just 2.

 

Life hack have your dad pay for Prime Netflix and HBO

 

i have netflix, prime, and HBO but my dad pays for netflix and HBO comes with the channel which my dad also pays for and I honestly would probably pay for prime just for the free 2 day shipping anyway

 

My mum pays for Netflix and my girlfriend's dad pays for Prime. Good times.

I pay for cable/HBO/the premium channels, get my parents' Netflix account and have my own Amazon Prime (though Prime's TV is mostly a nice bonus instead of the primary reason for having it). I get Hulu for a couple months when their exclusive shows that I watch are around but I DVR most of the currently airing stuff I watch so I don't need it for that.

Haha I was just about to post that American Vandal trailer. I see a lot of people giving this shit, but this looks absolutely hilarious to me.....especially since something similar to this actually happened at my high school.

They play it pretty straight in the trailer, which makes it even funnier to me ha.

 

Yeah not knowing who the guy is I got about halfway through it before I decided it was a parody

 

The line from the trailer that had me laughing the most was "Another day, another dick."

DirecTV for $35 a month with free HBO and NFL Sunday Ticket is hard to beat though. The data free streaming is going to be really nice on trips too.

 

So Netflix bought Millarworld, a comic book company. I assume they know what they're doing

 

Millar tends to write comics with the goal of making them movies/shows like Kingsmen and Kick Ass. That way they can prove to have some popularity before bringing them to studios as opposed to just a screenplay so as odd as it sounds as a headline, it makes a lot of sense from the perspective of getting all his creative ideas. Though I will say I don't know if I would be buying up more ideas if I was hurting for cash as much as Netflix is.

 

Me: Master of None S2 got too real with the emotions there, gotta watch something lighter before I pick up Sense8 season 2.
