It didn’t happen in UK they were from there tho. It happened in Portugal. But honestly it was a worldwide thing. It happened in 07. But like every major network has done a special on it I’m sure.

 

That's probably why then my first couple years of college I was in my own little world haha

I can’t believe anyone hasn’t heard of that case. It was SUCH a huge story for years and years. There was a period where it was on every TV and newspaper and everything. That iconic picture of her is burned onto my brain forever.
