Recently started Girls and it’s really good so far. Enjoying it.

 

there’s one line from Girls that has haunted me since I first heard it years ago because it hits so close to home

“I’m a millennial so I simultaneously care about nothing but I have an opinion on everything”

 

It’s bringing me back to when I was 23ish, and I’m not even a girl haha. It really feels tapped into that age and era.

Why? It's a good show

 

Ted is okay. Feels almost like they wrote it as an adult animated series but made it live action.

I did like American Dad a lot, there's a joke where Stan is talking dirty to his SUV and says he's gonna tongue it's gashole, that's funny

 

The Ted/Rorschach joke is definitely a slight variation of a joke or bit that’s been around for decades, like much of the MacFarlane oeuvre

 

There is a bit in Ted where the dad has a deep dark traumatic experience from the Vietnam War he has kept secret, and in the end the family finally gets him to tell them and he just yells " I JACKED OFF A DOG OKAY?!? "
