I don’t think anyone was speaking ill it was just one of those movies that people would base their entire personalities on back in high school.

Flop is probably the wrong word but it is weird to assume people are watching the show just to downgrade it? Especially people who liked the first season of true detective, you’d think they would want to like the new season

 

In most review bomb scenarios people aren’t watching the show and are the worst kinda people on the internet doing it (usually because women are on the screen). RT is notoriously bad at stopping it. Haven’t seen TD yet, but I thought the critics were liking it so far.

 

i’m not saying it’s a good reason but they replaced nic lottapizza with a woman from mexico, you don’t have to do mental gymnastics to figure out why dipshits are tanking it

 

I don’t use rotten tomatoes anymore but when I did I feel better about not paying attention to audience scores now

Watching the first two episodes right now. Like this would have been ok if it wasn't insanely similar to a half dozen other projects that came out in the last 5 years.Violette Beane is electric on screen though. She is so good.
