started watching that show Evil and it's so fucking good. I'm hooked already

 

Just finished, SPTO is so fucking good, and like, surprisingly very mature

 

The new animated film "Leo" on Netflix is surprisingly funny

 

We only watched the first half, but my 8 year old was cracking up throughout the all of it. I love watching him laugh, might be rewatching this one.

 

Yeah all the jokes and funny bits are clear and straight forward, and fit in perfectly with the scene, making it a film perfect for kids. Some of the jokes/bits are even adult-ish in tone, hahaha. Adam Sandler is perfect in his role as Leo

 

I loved the song about not crying. Sent it to my gf who cries all the time.

My kids have watched it like, 6 times already. Low key mad that I haven't been able to watch it yet.

Why do titles have to be removed from streaming services at all? What’s the reason for not just keeping literally everything on?

 

Probably a combination of crass commercialism and legitimate technical limitations.

I mean, if I had a choice between spending the money to host all that content forever or only keeping a portion and using it coerce people into buying my products, I know which probably makes more business sense.

I think it has to do with the royalties that the streaming companies have to pay towards the titles; it’s more expensive to keep them on the platform that having them on, in that the number of streams the titles get don’t justify the expense of keeping them on there. Something to this effect
