youre allowed your opinion of course but im guessing plenty of people "asked" for it considering how huge the franchise is

 

she has to be involved to a certain extent but i really doubt she has much to do with it

Reading the tea leaves, she’s doing this because “Fantastic Beasts” face planted and the OG cast didn’t want to do “Cursed Child.” It feels very much like a revenge project.

that doesnt mean much. the show is literally in development. she prob has input in the general outline, cast, etc. i highly doubt shes going to be having much at all to do with it once it actually starts

 

If you're going to make things up and speculate, compared to what is known and being said directly by the CEO, why is this the person you want to defend?

 

why announce any kind of 10 year plan for a tv show, look at what streaming was 10 years ago

would i prefer she had zero involvement? sure. unfortunately almost everything we consume has terrible humans involved in some way especially at the top

Rowling is very hands on with everything connected to her IP to make sure it remains faithful to the source material and will absolutely be heavily involved in this. Silly to think otherwise

 

maybe we are just talking about different levels of involvement. shes not going to be writing scripts, directing episodes. shes not the showrunner, etc.

 

Who cares? It's still HER material and she's still a piece of shit.
