If you asked me which MCR record sounds the best, I would answer Three Cheers without hesitation.

I agree with this, but some people are all about an unclean production, which is fine.

The drum sound on s/c/a/r/e/c/r/o/w and summer time have something they'd like to say ;)

I also think danger days sounds fantastic.

I'll take any songs that sound anything like any part of Hang 'Em High.

That’s a mastering thing. As far as tones and overall mix/clarity, it certainly sounds the most expensive haha

I think Three Cheers and TBP both sound very good, one’s just intentionally dirtier and one cleaner. Comes down to a matter of preference.

where would i be if i was my brain Prestigious

I thought we talked about a few months ago and that 3 Cheers really only suffers from the loudness wars?

Would probably swap a “mastered for vinyl” copy for my 2015 Hot Topic pressing.

Timed edition MCR print drop on Bottleneck today:

There are two things we here at Bottleneck love: helping others AND My Chemical Romance.

We’ve released a number of prints with Tom Walker, and Tom has been a joy to work with on each and every project. Unfortunately, Tom’s sister has gone through some horrible medical issues in the past few years, culminating in a dire prognosis.

We love our community and wouldn’t be able to operate the way we do without the incredible artists we work with. And so, we want to rally our community to help support an artist we appreciate and their family in a truly vital time of need.

We’re teaming up with digital artist Snkhds to release his brilliant mashup of My Chemical Romance’s seminal album and The Batman. A mashup we’re dubbing Three Cheers for Sweet Vengeance!

This print will be available as a 1-hour timed edition, and all profits will go directly to this crowdfunding effort for Kate, Tom’s sister: A Fund for Kate’s Children.

Snkhds’ charity print will be available as a 1-hour timed edition TODAY @ 12PM ET through 1PM ET on our homepage, Bottleneckgallery.com!
