It's perfectly acceptable to not be a fan of vocals that are a little less in the foreground than what you're used to hearing, but of course it's intentional

 

Wish Gerard's vocals were sliiiightly clearer but it's definitely intentional and it still absolutely fits the track, just my personal preference. I really fucking love it though, hot damn

Judging from stuff they’ve said in the past I really felt like they prob wouldn’t get back together unless they had music that felt fresh and exciting but this still feels so surprising. It’s really nice to be this excited about a band and watch so many other ppl get excited about their music across social media.

Yeah the instruments all sounds great, and that breakdown is ridiculous. I'll echo the sentiment that Gerards voice sounds a bit roomy and the harmonies get to be a bit much, particularly when the song is summed to mono, but it doesn't ruin the song by any means.

 

As a person who adores Danger Days I feel personally victimized by this song lol

it’s good though. That breakdown is gnarly.

 

Listening to this right now and in agreement with everyone that says it fuckin' rips. Gerard sounds like he's singing from the bottom of a well and I'm absolutely okay with that.
