Edit: wait, are you saying that song specifically acts different than other songs?

  2. So, I think the problem for both the sets of songs that I mentioned is that different versions ended up on streaming services than what I’d like. The MCR one is definitely a single version thing, if you listen to that vinyl version of the boygenius record, there is a transition between the first two songs that straight up does not exist on TIDAL at least

And I’m fairly certain that the reason that different versions of those songs get uploaded to streaming services than end up on physical copies is that streaming services aren’t geared towards people listening to whole albums (or maybe playlist purposes, idk)

I love how the wrapped is JUST available and Spotify's website has crashed. Can't view mine yet.

Don't be a buzzkill and let people share what they enjoyed :)

No you're right, I definitely was going to try and stop everyone

To be fair, it'll be trying to stop it if it's music like I don't like.

    Morgan Wallen? Byeeee.

I was just joking and not trying to be an ass. But yes, you won't get to see much else of what interests you for a few days.

In seriousness, Qobuz is so worth a try if you’re into audio that sounds good type bullshit. Their HD audio sounds unreal

and they’re cool people. I’ve met cool folks at Spotify but they notably have quit

If you go to a show, the mixing is god awful (most of the time it’s the vocals being buried), the band is small and at the merch table, should you tell them about the bad mixing? Does that help them do anything for the future or just make them feel worse about the past? Do any of you who are in bands have input?

What's the best way to discover new music outside of Spotify's Discover Weekly? I used to use Last.fm back in the day but I haven't scrobbled anything in years.

  19. Very few small bands (playing ~300 cap rooms or smaller) are bringing their own sound engineers on the road. It's usually the house sound person, and there's nothing the band can really do or change for the next night. I'd also never tell a band that unless it was someone I was good friends with or they specifically asked me about it. The best tip I have is to stand near the sound booth. Right in front of the stage is always the worst sounding spot in the room.

  20. Literally just seeing what is getting lots of posts in the music forum here, plus checking out bands that are touring with bands I like. Bandcamp also has a pretty good "If you like X, you may also like Y" at the bottom of album pages.

Hi Everyone! I would like some help in identifying the original song that this music is based:

It's a brazilian version of an internacional song, do you guys know which internacional song is it? Probably from the 80's
