Their presumed last release contains two of the best songs I have ever heard. Would love nothing more than a MM reunion/new release.

 

Know someone that spent some time with Greg working on some stuff (not anything related to MM) but it seems like a show may be likely somewhere down the road. New music is unlikely though.

Would love a show even if there was no music, saw them on their final run of shows a few years back and these songs are insane live

 

I miss this band so much. I am eternally grateful to have gotten the opportunity to see them play Philly in 2015 and again in 2017. That 2015 when they encored with Ode We Will Bury Ourselves was a special moment

 

Lol I went the longest time thinking the bsides were on the actual track listing and only listened that way. Hard to go back now

 

Yeah, Stones is so go and I like the Ansible remix. I can’t find Ansible music on SoundCloud anymore. Does anybody have that?

 

Forgot about this too, the remix is great... I think I used to listen to the other songs on bandcamp but looks like it was deleted :( . I remember there being a demo version of Deathless on there and I think at least one other song ?

 

I guess hot take but I’ve never cared for Stones. It’s reminds me of a band trying their hardest to mimic the s/t sound but not as well. That opening riff is nice but the rest feels like it needs a punch up. Something about the production feels different to me too, maybe it just didn’t get mastered with the rest or something. Idk, very glad it’s not on the record

 

Stones is good, but I don’t like it nearly as much as I did back in 2013

 

I like Stones a lot but I think Deathless might be my favorite song they ever made

 

I was always a big fan of Waves and ST but never got on much with Foreword, however, I've been sick the last couple of days and decided to throw on Foreword while I just chilled in bed in the dark.. and it is such a good release. It works so well with your eyes closed in the dark. The songs are beautiful.

 

I love Foreword. Easily my second favorite release from the band just behind the self titled

 

Pneuma is their best

 

Deathless is one of my favorite songs of all time. It’s incredibly beautiful. I never truly listened to this band’s catalogue entirely, but that and a few other songs made it onto my radar and get regular play even today.

 

Pneuma is what got me into Moving Mountains. It’s such a good album!

 

I might have some Ansible mp3s on my computer at my parents' house, I'll try to search for it one day.

 

Well, anything music related would be nice - maybe that would spark up some thoughts on recording or releasing something in the future.
