Someone told me this week that this is one of the best movies of all time and everyone he tells that to says he’s crazy for thinking that. I’m of that camp.

 

Honestly that makes me happy. I love the idea that every movie, every book, every band is SOMEBODY’s favorite. Like, some motherfucker is out there singing the praises of Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen and that is wild.

 

For sure! My ex and her friend have a “movie canon” that includes some movies that didn’t happen, like “The Family” and this terrible Anna Kendrick/Sam Rockwell rom-com.
