I liked United 93 and World Trade Center at the time. Could not tell you how either has aged.

I haven’t watched it in forever since it’s a heavy film but that is such a great movie with great performances.

I assume the reason that the 9/11 films have been so bad is how tied it is into the ugliest aspects of American patriotism and an inability to reflect objectively. Vietnam is easier because of a general understanding of the futility of that war, but even something as far back as World War II has been pretty sanitized, at least from American films.

United 93 is really well made but the way the ending is shot gives me so much anxiety that I never want to watch it again

No way, it’s really well made and emotionally effective.

It is exploitative right-wing propaganda that doesn't ask a single question about the event, America's responsibility in creating global terrorism, or how the event shaped the nation and our foreign policy. It turns 9/11 into a theme park ride.

You can debate if United 93 has anything to say about the events, but it's a very effective and tense movie.

I’ll never forget the commercials for that playing every five minutes on Comedy Central.

Bucky Larson might be too notoriously bad to be a forgotten film.

With ads like these, hard to imagine why this flopped.

The Town definitely happened, but I watched it with my roommates tonight thinking I’d never seen it before, but about halfway through I saw every beat coming and realized that was because I’d already seen it and forgotten.

He's the best part of The Benchwarmers, which is a really bad movie.
