    He was early 2016, so it'd be cool, but yeah, I read an interview recently where he said he will not follow normal album cycles and he'll put out stuff whenever he's ready.

    Yeah, that's what I mean. He's an unpredictable guy and is clearly not interested in playing by normal rules or conventions. I don't even know if he's working on anything.

    Animal Flag big time...on their Audiotree Session, they mention having finished the recording of their new album as of March 2017. It's definitely on the heavier side, with some electronic/orchestral elements. Also some acoustic stuff.

    their last one just came out last Feb, but Smith Street Band are going to be pumping out the next record in May and we should see it before the end of the year. absolutely can't wait

    I suppose there isn't an official confirmation/date, but his album has been finished and the EP was released in 2016.
