I doubt the UFC wants him out of the spotlight. White eats his stupid views up. I could see ESPN possibly requesting though.

Cruz is awesome. I feel like he has the most knowledgeable/technical commentary which I really enjoy. He also doesn’t get easily distracted like Felder/Bisping do and joke around a lot.

The vibe I get is that Joe is just not as enthusiastic and aware of a lot of the newer crop of fighters. I feel like I’m the same way to a certain degree. The more he gets out of the loop, the more you can tell his passion for the UFC roster is dwindling. He still does okay when it’s major fights, but otherwise it seems like he’s just not into it.

I think my favorite two are actually DC and Bisping. Both entertaining but also humble and knowledgeable. Cruz can be a little egotistical so he comes across a little less candid but he’s great otherwise.

Bisping is actually pretty good when he’s not with Felder. It just seems whenever they are together they get distracted easily and joke around. I love Bispings enthusiasm. DC is great. I can totally see why you say that about Cruz but it doesn’t bother me.

  5. Sterling pulled out of the Yan fight LMAO

    Yan/Sandhagen for the Interim belt.

Cruz doesn’t bother me, necessarily. I guess it’s just more that he tries to be too analytical to the point that he almost avoids praising people or hyping them up at all. It’s almost like he’s coaching or something. Haha.

  8. Sterling has gotten a lot of leeway for someone who won the belt off a DQ. He’s had more leeway than Francis lmao

    strip him. Who cares

Yeah I’d be in favor of stripping Sterling and seeing if Dillashaw or even Sandhagen want a title fight on short notice since their fight was super close.

I’m a dummy and totally forgot about TJ/Font. Yan/Font would be a very fun fight and honestly way more interesting than Aljo fighting since I think Yan would have beat him easily.

  14. Bohn is reporting its Yan/Sandhagen btw yall

Sterling gets way too much flack for somebody who didn’t illegally strike himself and has been pretty candid about his injuries. Don’t get why people run with the “he’s scared” story. If you’re not 100%, why tf would you go into a title fight? I’m sure he expects to be stripped.

I guess I don’t think he should be stripped, but I do think an interim title fight is warranted. For some reason I thought the fight with Yan happened longer than 6 months ago which is why I said that.

I’m assuming Font wasn’t ready which is why Sandhagen is getting the fight.

I’m fine with him being stripped based on how he won it and that his injury can have him out for a while. It’s just that I see on the posts regarding it everyone runs with the story that he’s scared.

Yeah I don’t think he is scared at all. He did pretty well the first few rounds before he got tired.
