Also at MCS tomorrow, there’s a non-zero chance I end up at NFG too

 

I'll be at 5 Seconds of Summer on Saturday, and I'll be at New Found Glory on Sunday!

 

MCS Saturday night and NFG Sunday. Dead on Monday.

 

Speaking of MCS's (that's a meteorology joke, ignore me) looks like some big time storms could come through Saturday. Hoping it doesn't f*ck up too many outdoor activities and especially not Aquatennial fireworks.

Also, thinking of going to Emo Night at Varsity on Friday. First weekend with nothing going on in a while. I’ve never been to an Emo Night before, hoping it’s a good time

 

Dunno of the Varsity one is the same thing but I went to one at the Fine Line pre-COVID and it was weird and not fun

 

This was kind of my fear, it sounds like a fun concept but I can easily see it also being very weird

 

Wasn’t so weird that it isn’t worth checking out imo

 

I had my Audi A4 stolen and I was robbed at gunpoint today in broad daylight. Awesome. Right on 32nd and Holmes by Impulse Juice Co.

Fuck, that’s awful. Sorry that happened to you. Not really something anyone can individually safeguard against but unfortunately not the first I’ve heard of something like that in that area.

 

Yeah i’m all good. I appreciate it. It was pretty wild. I felt more bad for the kid than anything else, oddly enough. He seemed to be no older than 21. It’s really sad to me that people of that age group are involved in that kind of stuff.

The car had 20 miles of gas left, a slow leaking flat tire, no windshield wiper fluid and needed an oil change. All the credit cards he stole are locked. Something tells me he’s not getting very far.

 

I appreciate it. That thought ran through my head, too. The vibe of the city had certainly changed in recent years. It does not feel as safe to me as it did a few years back, that’s for sure.
